An energy analysis was performed for this 234,000 SF, eight story office building to determine the annual energy cost savings of installing window films and external screens on certain exposures. The goal was to determine if the annual energy cost savings, in comparison to the first cost of this improvement, provided a sufficient return on investment for the client. It was determined to be cost effective, and the energy conservation measures were implemented.
